Sources, a leading player in the design and construction of water treatment plants, has announced the completion of a new capital transaction alongside Patrick Billette, the Group’s founder and CEO, and key members of its management team. Founded in 2000, the Group is entering a new phase of its development with the entry of ISALT as lead investor through the Fonds Stratégique des Transitions.
VOLT Associés advised the investor with a corporate team composed of Lucas d’Orgeval, Hervé Bied-Charreton and Pierre-Baptiste Godon, and a tax team including Stéphane Letranchant and Pauline Alvarez.
